Cascade Lake Campground
Cascade Lake Recreation Area offers the ultimate in family camping in NC. We’re located adjacent to the Dupont State Forest and just downstream from Hooker and Triple Falls. The Recreation Area includes a campground with 160 sites, a swimming lake with tube and float rentals and a large, undeveloped, pristine lake for small motorized boats. Beautiful lakeside sites, some with private docks, are available to reserve. Looking for mountain biking opportunities? Check out DuPont State Forest, only a few miles down the road! Brevard, NC is only a few minutes away and we’re less than an hour from beautiful downtown Asheville, NC. Cascade is only a few hours from Charlotte and Atlanta. Plan a trip to the mountains, embrace the natural world and enjoy camping in the North Carolina mountains.
